- Advice and consulting to a Spanish company on the sale of a wind power station in Germany with a capacity of 10 MW, the transaction of which is valued at approximately 13 million euros.

- Advice and consulting to a company during an arbitration proceeding brought before the Court of Arbitration of the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, in which the claimant entity demanded the payment of approximately 3.5 million euros for breach of a contract for the construction of a turnkey photovoltaic solar power station. The defendant company also made a counterclaim for the payment of a sum amounting to approximately 4 million euros for damages including loss of profit.

- Advice and consulting to different companies during a severance pay claim for unfair dismissal, which claim amounted to approximately 1.8 million euros.
- Advice and consulting to a corporate group during a severance pay claim for unfair dismissal brought by the managing director of all the companies of said group for an amount of approximately 1.2 million euros.
